Read the co-marketing terms
Mortgage King co-marketing terms (version 2026-11-01)
1. Joint pieces. Every co-marketing piece shows Mortgage King LLC and a Mortgage King loan officer (or the company) together with you, with equal space. Posts with only you on them are not part of co-marketing; they are a separate paid plan, open to every agent on the same terms (see the agent offer).
2. Equal exchange, no money. Mortgage King prepares the piece; you supply your content (name, photo, logo, contact details) and post it to your business audience; Mortgage King posts it to ours. Neither side pays the other.
3. Nothing for referrals. These terms are the same for every agent and do not depend on whether, or how many, buyers you send. Mortgage King does not pay for, or give anything of value for, referrals (RESPA Section 8). You are free to recommend any lender.
4. Paid ads. If either side wants to pay to boost or advertise a joint piece, each side pays its own fair share, in writing first. Housing ads on Meta must use the Housing special ad category.
5. Post as is. Do not edit or crop joint pieces; the footer (NMLS IDs, licensed states, Equal Housing Opportunity) must stay.
6. Records. Mortgage King keeps a record of every joint piece and where it was posted. Either side may end these terms at any time.
7. Your photo, logo and details are used only on joint pieces you take part in. You confirm you may use them.
